Grow tent all essentials

Hey guys , hope you're all having a good day . Can someone please tell me all the essentials to build a grow tent ?I wish to grow for personal use and i dont use more than a gram a day , also we are able to grow only up to 4 plants. Thanks :D ,

After growing for 20+ years I only smoke about a gram a day to be honest, all I have time for, not sitting on my ass smoking weed all day.

His list is pretty good. You really only need the smallest lights they got out there, anything around 250 watts or up. I like good quality LED, a little more expensive to start with but saves you in the long run. Once you got your light and tent you have to think about ventilation. Focus on the ability to keep your tent within the environmental range you need and you will have success.

2 good strains in a 2x4 tent under 300W LED seems about right for your situation.
You should get 6-8 ounces every 4 months.
Which is more than you smoke (ounce per month).
It’ll be cheaper to start up and easier to manage for a first timer.
