I think you are right on track.Your plants are looking good since there is so many i would flower now..

you can veg them for as long as you want, or as short as you want.
(i have never done a scrog grow, but you might want to look for threads about scrog in another sub-forum, or just the board in general, im sure there are about 3000 of them)...if you veg them for a little longer, you would probably get a better yield overall, but i dont know enough about your setup to really give you any decent advice...but in general, when you want to start flowering, you can. just remember that they should at least double in size, and maybe triple. it depends on many factors....
look into scrog, in general. do you trim bottom branches when you do scrog? because i cant imagine much below the tops budding out too hard. that being the case, i would think you would want to develop some of those branches before you jump into flowering....but they still grow during flowering, so really, i i dont know....

Thought i'd let you all in on my little setup.
Ive got a Secret Jardin 240 tent (Thats L240cm x W240cm x H200cm) I got 4 x 600 watt HPS running on 2 sepreate contactors. This allows me to use less watts, amps voltage what ever you wanna call it on each plug socket. I can even it out through out the room.
Im growing in soil using Canna Terra Pro + Got enough room for 24 x 11L pots. Today I just planted 10 x Barnys Farm Blue Cheese.

Ghetto exhaust system due to finance situations (fans that fit the ducting with duct tape...hey it worked!!)
I'm going to upgrade the bulbs...hopefully I'll be able produce "plenty" more!! My tent was perfect for 6 plants...probably could have pushed more but let's keep it state-legal!!
In this pic was 2 OG's, 2 MasterxOG, 1 BubbaxOG, and 1 Master...in my new batch, I have Lemon Skunk (not happy with it...looks more on the sativa side = 12 week strain?! Fuck that!!), NYCD, Afgan, and Pineapple Express (which I cannot find a true line for the strain so I think PE is a really fake strain)

That's not farfetched. I can pull 7-8 oz dry per m^2 when I supercrop 4-5 plants in my 5x5 1kW. If you have two absolutely huge plants sharing a 400hps, assuming you make good use of the light with mylar or a tent, it's definitely possible.

u seam like a helpfull person lol could u help me ive just got a 600w and a 400 hps and want 2 grow 10-12 its my first grow and i was wonderin what size i woul need to make my room also are these enof light to grow what i want???

wow, he has 2 feet of head room, did you read his post? 2x2x2 room dude. You aren't growing two plants in a 2 ft tall box and yielding almost a pound a piece....... Sorry I call shinanigans

But yeah from what you said using the 1k in your setup I believe it. I run a 1k in a 5.5x5.5 room and 7-8 per is definately manageable. I don't super crop, I LST but they are similar when it comes to helping yield
