I am so glad i found this forum.
I am not a total noob but there is so much information that i feel like one lol!
Anyways i will be starting a tent grow within a few weeks, so look for my journal.
I am trying to decide on tent and light size like 3x3 w/400 or 600 or 4x4 w/600 or 1000
I am leaning towards the 4x4w/600!
Should i go table with rez or bubble buckets 5 gal. It's all personal preference I guess.
what carbon filter and extraction fan would work good here! im thinking a 400 to 600 cfm filter wirh a active air 6" inline fan.
separate fan for cooling my light. I dont need to go as big for this right like 200-300 cfm
any help or input is greatly appreciated!

Hey fellow tent growers.. I was curious as to how much weight your tent cant support. I wanted to move my ballast, another fan, and extension cords up into the top of the tent off the ground outside the tent. I already have my light/reflector, ducting and a fan supported by the poles. O YESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS GONNA BE INTERESTING are you doing more then 1 plant in that pot? I can imaging one giant plant under that i imaging it would yield like crazy with all that root space. And nice plants above that kush x look tastyMy last grow: 600w 4x4. Chocolope, white russian, and a few gooxkush crosses.
New grow - going with just a single communal 65g aeropot. Babies broke soil this morning

I was tempted to go with a single very large plant but decided instead to throw 6 in there. I will train them all to the edge of the planter and then let them take off.

Will a 1.2x1.2x2.0 tent be big enough to grow 2-3 Himalayan Gold plants? My options are either a 1.2x 1.2 or 1.4x 1.4. I `m thinking of going the 1.2 as its cheaper and by the time i`ve grown in it once my grow room should be finished. I`m also thinking that the 1.4 might be better as I still might use the tent aswell as the grow room.

Tents get crowed fast. Personally if I had the room I would go with the larger of the two.

Just got my tent about 2 weeks ago.....just growing one plant, Blackskull Pepperjack Haze in a 4x2x5 ft tent. Scrogged to fll the whole tent and done in a waterfarm under a 400 watt HPS cooltube.
Love the tent, I no longer have to worry about smell or heat issue with the tent, carbon filter, and cooltube....great stuff. I don't think I'll ever go back to closet growing again, the tent is so much easier to control the conditions in.

Looking good Richard! Love those scrog waterfarm grows! I'm chopping mine down Thursday.
You don't really have to veg a plant growing in waterfarm for 7 weeks. I only vegged mine for 4 and it filled up my 20x32" screen in a couple of weeks. They grow fast and quick in the waterfarm so watch the height.
