Grow tent exhaust

I have 2-4x4 and 1-2x4 grow tents that I need to exhaust. I’ll be using a 6” fan with Phresh filters for each tent. My house has a very steep roof and has tons of open attic space. Do you think I could vent the exhaust into the attic? I have lots of roof vents near the peak of the roof. I could also place each duct near a soffit in the attic. Each duct would be placed near a different soffit. Exhausting into the attic would need about 6 feet of duct work per tent. Exhausting through soffits in the attic would need 15-20 feet of duct per tent.

Each 4x4 has a 600w cob fixture and the 2x4 has a 300w cob fixture. The tents are in a 12’x13’ room with 10’ ceilings and door to the room remains open most of the time.

Exhausting into your attic is ok until the weather turns cold. Then warm humid air will condense on the underside of the roof and cause black mold.

Also, if you are requiring stealth, well you would stick out like a sore thumb in the winter when your house is the only one on the block with melted snow on the roof.

My attic is huge. I could build a second story up there. 1500w of cobs would not create enough heat to notice any difference in temps up there.

I’m doing it right now but it’s a temporary solution. Hopefully by the time it’s cold out I can but my c02 and just run sealed. When it’s cold that humid air being pushed into attic is going to drop out water in the attic which can turn into moldy mess. What a lot of people do is in winter to run the heat back into the house. Works as kind of a space heater.
