Grow tent ventilation/exhaust help?

Tent temp is relative to the room it's within. Goal is to keep it as close to the room temp. More airflow, closer you can get. I can keep all 3 within 5 degrees of the room. The fans are not that loud at all imo. I just got the $60 ones on eBay. They work great. If you do upgrade to a 600w for example, get the kit with an air cooled hood.

Your intake will depend on how hot it gets inside your tent (how fast it needs the cooler air from outside). I found with my 250w hps, I needed 1 x 6" passive intake and the temps at the canopy were never more than 0.5c above room ambient. With my 600w I needed 2 x 6" vents open as the temps would climb to 5-6c above room ambient. With the two vents open, it was back to about the same as the 250w (slightly higher).

I was in a 1x1x2m tent with a crappy 6" inline booster fan (260cfm) running at the lowest speed my speed controller allowed (30% I believe). I was using a hood and quickly removed the glass when I realised that the glass was always cool to touch. I was not filtering however but I probably could have easily with the 250w and the shitty booster fan. Definitely not with the 600w. I was at the absolute bounds of my setup with that baby. She can get very toasty
