Who knows, maybe in romania, customs makes it a point to check a higher ratio of packages than the American customs do. It might have something to do with how many packages are entering the country. If the country really isn't all that big (in population), than more than likely, customs agents have more time to sift through things.
Andre, have you considered taking a trip outside of your country for some class AAA seeds? Perhaps if you have your seeds mailed to family or friends that live directly outside your country, you can fly over and visit them, and then smuggle your seeds back home.

Also the red brick on my name is due to a little arguement I had with a piss ant that didn't know what he was talking about. That brought me down to -18 rep lol. I'm sitting at -12 now, so if you guys are handing reps out like candies, i could definately use some haha

was reading over all the different responses... my buddy got jail time n kicked out of college for doing the same thing, you got to remember that not only does this give off heat,smells, noise, the biggest is how much electric you draw it throws up red signs all over and then theyll go in and check thats how my buddy got caught

Dont think the set up he is going with is going to prob an electric cost problem but even so you should look into ways to bring it down even if its just as lil as chanign bulbs to low wat cfl's and droping temp on your hotwater a few degress lil stuff like that.

i dunno to me theres no point n growin sum dinky ass plants that r gonna b half ass cause you have to cut corners to grow in ur dorm if i were u which im not but i would just buy weed save ur money n get a place...cuz if u think ur school hasnt thought that kids will try to grow weed in the dorms before ur stupid its 2010 come on

he has said before that it costs like $800 or more an ounce over there
so go buying some weed is not much of an option

And i`m sorry to have let you down mates, but i`ve had nothing so far and by this point that means the seeds aren`t coming. I will go to the post office and see if there was maybe some mix up or whatnot but ditty`s right, i don`t really have much to say here untill i have me some seeds to grow :/
