Growing a green house of weed - possible?

Lets say you got a 20' x 96' greenhouse - the kind with the white walls. Think anyone would care / bother you? I mean, helicopters / planes would see it, but they wouldn't just assume it was full of pot would they? And they would need a warrant to search it?

And yes, I live in the sticks - I'm not trying to put it on my half acre yard.

It is done all the time, smell will be the biggest concern (assuming you plan on doing one sun based run, not using lights to prevent flower). A lot of really secluded ones will use tarping systems to be able to control flowering. Just some thoughts, but yes it can be done.

ppl do it alot in cali..youd jus wana be realy closed liped about it..big grow opps are riskey but the payday is huge. It would also be like a full time job to care for that many plants..im a bigger fan of doing small to mid size grows and just keep on growing rather then one bigg ass grow..would you really be able to smoke and sell that much bud befor it started to get old and stale? youd have to be seriously hooked up to get that kinda weight off. not to mention harvesting and curing that many plants would be a nightmare in its self..it could be done but im not sure its the best option...depends on your situation i supose..i think it would be smarter to grow like 10-15 plants keep a mother and work off clones..that way youd harvest like every few months rather then one big harvest all at once.

what people are forgetting is when doing something like this theres a lot of work and money upfront like food, start up cost soil, pots
then you run into watering how are you going to do this i mean trust me folks its sounds so easy but in the real world its a mother fcker trying to grow in a large scale then you might run into issues then you start chasing issues man its a real headache lol
i know this because i used to grow 3 rooms 270 5 foot plants it was non stop work let me tell you
hell when it was feeding time you mix 1350 litres thats sums up to alot of food every week then you get into flower which is more food and costs and then the dreaded smell going into 5th week thats the mother fcker one person smells that and your done mail man power guy working on power line you name it

then again you put up a green house helicopter spots it and the pilot flys the area notices that its a new set up which he hasnt seen before your flagged also when growin in this sized scale its federal time not only growing and distrubuting theres money laundering charges conspiracy ,that will follow fck see you in 10 years lool

Possible. . .yes. This kind of thing is done all the time.
Easy. . .no. As already mentioned, growing a greenhouse full of ANYTHING (even tomatoes) is hard work.

Yes, in theory law enforcement would need a warrant to search a greenhouse if on private property

In practice, if they're suspicious its not that difficult for law enforcement to come up with some pretext to come on your property and look around. (IE "we're looking for a fugitive"). Inspecting a free-standing structure that is outside your main dwelling would be legal if they had a reason to be present otherwise. If while conducting some such search they came across your "unlocked" greenhouse they could look inside. If they could jimmy/pick the lock, it wasn't locked. Maybe they could peer inside a crevice, or smell weed inside, etc. Basically, once police are on your property, anything they can see or find is fair game in terms of evidence.

Even if they discovered the weed farm illegally, you can bet the police won't just let you keep it. That a big bust for them, and they'll figure out a way to make it.

Not to nit pick but cultivation of over 100 plants is a federal crime with a minimum sentence of 20 years...

It will never work, why even bother. And as an aside, how did you make it in life this far?
