Growing bud! Please help!

Ok i started 2 plants in my room under a 100wt clear bulb ino its not the best but its all i got , about 1 week after they sprouted up i noticed that one of them kept falling over becouse the leafs was to heavy for the stem .. im using miracle grow potting soil and liquid miracle grow lighting is 12/12.. if anyone can help please do!

im sorry to say m8 that its the light, iv done what youre doing before, years ago. It just wont work, even if it does grow it will never flower, sorry to bear bad news.

yup, sensistan nailed it. You can't grow plants with an incandescent. At least not for the desirable effect.

Best thing for you I'd geuss would be a fluorescent bulb, unless you can afford a High Powered Sodium or Metal Hilade lamp.

well shit lol at least it wasent a big crop ..this is my first year growing so i need a little experience,, so say that im only growing 2-4 plants what wuld i need (specifics) ??

What's happening is that the plant is 'reaching' for the light, but is not obtaining enough light to grow the proper stem support, so the plant eventually becomes top-heavy enough to topple over.
In your situation, go to the store and get six 23-watt CFLs for $10-15, and grow 1-2 well-trained (short) plants.

You will at the very least need some CFL (Compact Fluorescents) 6500k Blue spectrum 200 watts should give you enough light and you can get them anywhere theyre pretty cheap. try get 4 60w bulbs. its not ideal but you will get buds eventually. :bigjoint:
