i live in israel and the temperature is about 68-74F, there are like 11 hours of light, if i will grow outdoors how much weed do you think i would get from 1 plant?

cannabis needs at least 12 hours of light if it is going to be worth planting at all. also, cannabis prefers a temperature of around 75-85F. so to answer your question: not very much.

alright but the thing is i really want some weed until like march (in march i can plant the plants outdoors and they will grow pretty good here) but i dont know any dealers...
i have to options:
1. growing the plant outdoors
2.growing the plant indoors with 2 cfl's (a 15W and a 9W)
which option will give me more weed?
p.s. when its late and there's not direct sun but there is still light, its still count as a light hour?

The only problem is if they will finish or not. You'll probably have them start to bud up and then they'll start running(shooting new leaves straight up, trying to reveg) when the days get longer.

I would grow indoors with the cfls with 24 hours of light until they/it are/is 3-4 weeks old then move it/them outdoors to finish.
Yes any daylight hours count.

If you veg it indoor and throw it outdoors for flowering and your light maintains at 11hrs you can grow a monster. If you throw it outdoor as a seedling it will grow like an auto and yield you 1-2oz.
I know people that flower year round in southern california with less than 11hrs/day and they have great results - hell, I've flowered indoors at 10 hrs of on time with decent results.
