growing clones

so i would like to mother a SC plant and i guess my question would be how much light power is needed to mother a plant would flourecent lights works to mother a plant and how many watts ? and also how long does it take to get a full mother plant ready to cut sum shoots off ?

Yeah you can use CFLs/flouros to veg a mother. As for the light requirements, use the search function!

Fluorescents work fine for mothers. Ideally you would hvae some side lighting. A plant can start giving clones after 1 month and can give 25-50 clones after 8 weeks (from seed).
