I would have to call shens. Attempting to have a fully mature adult plant in a shotglass would not only not give it enough rooting area, enough water supply, and certainly not enough nutrients. A good judge for your plant size is you should have a gallon's worth of container per foot you'd like to see your plant. Your plant will need the rooting space, the soils nutrience, and space for stability as it makes it's upward climb.yeah you can but i don't recommend it. ive seen successful grown in shot glasses. i would also flower form seed
