Growing in Cali AHHHHHHH

too much breaking bad.

go back to creating your own t-shirt company.

nahh, that was mean. Im sorry. But really man, Do you know how many high-end growers existed in cali before any state med mj laws?

I think your in over your head, but no big deal, cause it doesn't sound like youve done much reseach yet, or are heavily invested. just MO though, so fuck what I say.

none of this sounds like a good plan. start at calnorml.org and look at the state laws and the municipalities' laws. many communities are trying to ban cultivating in addition to storefront collectives. The law does not allow for 99 plants, it is a guideline to keep one from being prosecuted too harshly, kinda like keeping your car 9 miles above the speed limit. The state law allows for 6 mature plants and 12 immature plants/patient. However, that is even been challenged by local lawmakers. There is no such thing as a cultivation license, but communities do require regular business licenses, as well as, tax permits and so on.

The container under ground is great idea and can be sealed easily so as not to rust, but your plan does sound extreme for one and two your timing is horrible with all this talk of legalization. If I were you I would take my chances above ground, don't get carried away and ride it out as long as you can...
Good luck!

Stay home. Go to school, get a job. Raise a family. You're in over your head and you're only in the research stage. We're flooded and us natives are jerks. Stay home.

you will make more cash in florida with your ten plants than in a state that already has good product everywhere. also most likely you will make more money by going to school and getting a regular job. every stoner has the idea they will go somewhere legal(ish) and make a living growing herb, the thing is that place has already got enough stoners who have been born there or beat you to it.

i went to visit family last summer in Cali and everyone on his road has a garden and all of them are bigger than anything i have ever done. and i was told unless they wanted to send it out of state it wouldn't get sold. they have to much and these guys are not the ones growing comercialy, they are just having fun.

Let us know how that works out for you. We love ripping you guys off. You all stand out like a sore thumb and are treated accordingly.

and to the OP.... Some of the best growers in California who have been doing this for YEARS and have the proper connections are having trouble making the living they used to. We are a FLOODED state. With people AND growers. Zips of BOMB for 150 is totally normal if you know the right folks. Most dispensaries are now growing most product "in-house" and will kindly tell you to fuck off. Especially if you ain't from round these parts.

But hey good luck. If you have amount of capitol needed to start your little project you'd be way smarter investing it in something else.
