I live in michigan and rent a building for my primary business! I use the building and so does my friends business! We both have are cards and have 5 patiients each! We have lots of space left over in the building and wondering how to go about using the extra space for 2 seperate operations without raising any flags! The fire inspector comes once a year for reg check ups!

The building has a front door 3 offices and a wharehouse its 1500 square feet!
We want to set it up with 2 areas 72 plants per site in different stages for a continous grow! How do you set it up...can you set it up...do i have to see what the city says...is there a way to go about it....do you ask the lanlord...he never comes around...we have a 2 yr lease! Also if fire inspector comes...how do you go about it...if its all set up legit with all the correct electrical...set up properly...extinguishers...smoke detecters...and exit signs...locks...signs and all the legit things goin on is it worth it??We want to go by the law...if something goes down...but still try to keep it low key for obvious reasons??Help!
