Growing inside a pot/glass jar with no holes, can it be done?, should it be done?

So Hi there I'm 2 weeks into seedling, I have a 100x100x200 cm tent. I'm growing 3 sativa dominant and 3 indica.
I've started my grow inside 1 litre water bottles, problem is I'm currently also 2 weeks into flower for 2 other plants, in order to save electricity as my 400w HPS was just not worth growing 2 plants I started my new seeds.
What I do is because I don't have additional lights or grow space to give my 2 clones and 5 seedlings 18 hours of light for them not to flower is I do 12 hours of 400w along with my flowers, then I take them out and put them inside a box for 6 hours with 30-40w CFL's, it has worked so far but I want them to grow slowly and grow nice roots in all directions and not just down I also don't have enough space so if I plant them in 2 litre jars will it work but problem is they won't have any holes at the bottom.

drill hole, stab holes, heat up a screw driver and melt holes if need be. what im trying to get at is if you dont have adequate drainage or holes at all you will have stagnant water building up at the bottom of your "pot". that will cause your roots to sit in that murky salty water. roots need oxygen, hence you will drown the root, rot the roots, and kill your plant.

yeah better than walking in and finding them wilted over. honestly ive used dollar store sand buckets and drilled some holes, 5 gallon buckets from home improvement stores ive done the same. sometimes you work with what you have. pretty sure i can dig up countless ppl using old kitty litter buckets to grow in.

Yeah, no they wont work. Planters cost like 1 buck each. Go to a nursery and ask if they have any left over planters.
I go out back and get 20-30 at a time for 5 bucks.

Yeah problem is I do have big pots but if I move 6 seedlings into big pots I won't have the space to move them around constantly and will cause hassle so they would have to stay under 12/12 and they will flower which I don't want them to yet.

That is an option for you, in some cases it is the only option some growers have. 12/12 from seed is a method of growing, though I have never done it, I have seen great success from others.... Just because you flip your seedlings 12/12 does not mean that they will begin to flower. They will not flower untill they are sexually mature.

I would venture to say, if you thought Long & Hard, you could come up w/a 2 liter container that has holes in the bottom. Or figure out how to make some holes.

If not, just keep buying weed. This might end up being too complicated for you.

No that's what I mean I want to keep my seedlings in veg after 2-3 weeks of maturing, usually the seed leaf also known as cotyledon will fall that's when you know you're in veg now. I want this to last me a while so I have 7 plants.
