I guess so and I saved loads of money by switching to homegrown!! Actually I even made money and I pretty much just smoke hash flowers are for peasants.:)

Man I hear that. I can grow 10 or so plants in NV. I'm considering doing a second tent with 6 totes on a rdwc just to burn it all down into hash.
 
To be honest I love growing it myself. I KNOW what's in it and I it's a lot, lot less. Plus I have a variety of choices from my seed bank. But the MAIN reason is I'm 63 and wouldn't know where the hell to buy it. I live in DC and it's legal to grow here.

Was in DC recently. Had just cut my long hair off. Looked like a cop. No one would sell me weed. The medical shops wouldn't recognize my card either.
 
There is a fair bit of work and attention to detail involved in growing a lot of top notch buds. If you do it for a living after a few years you kinda begin wishing for a holiday, you know just one cycle where you dont wake up everyday thinking about the different rooms and what shit needs done where. But unless you know someone who can grow to your liking and get direct from grower everything else wont suffice. Moreover i literally sustain my stony self on fucking trim (god i love bho) so the only money i spend for stoning purposes is literally at the air conditioner supplier for n butane.

I feel like that about working online. Wake up each morning thinking about why shit has gone wrong. At least we're not in a office!
