Growing legally where it is illegal?

does anyone think it is possible to grow in a state where marijuana is illegal but sell your crop in a state where it is legal?

i would like to start a grow but it is illegal in my state. i used to smoke but recently stopped. i really just want to grow the plant.

is there any legal clause that may be a slight loophole that would allow me to do this?

i wouldn't mind if there were a ton of rules thrown at me. i could stay clean and follow strict stipulations if that is what it would take.

i have just kind of fallen in love with the plant and the whole growing process.

anyone have any kind of insight or experience they could share?

As far as I know, no. Even in the medical states its still federally illegal. Either move or risk crossing state lines with your harvest and begging for prison time. Not really my cup of tea.

yea dude move to another state where it is legal is the best advice i could give...like Mighty said it is still Fed illegal in all states but each state has its different laws...read up on the laws and then move where you see best fits you!

Gotta agree unless your looking for trouble. Where I live they just busted two guys from Colorado doing the same thing. They brought a bunch of bud to the mitten, I think they lasted about two weeks from what I heard through the grapevine.

thanks for the input peeps.

any law school grads or lawyers on here that could help????

moving is not an option and i would love to make some money off of good grows but maybe i will just have to document everything and then toss my crop. that will be a very sad day.

possibly just give some freebies to close friends to see how she smokes.
