Thanks for replying to my post Puna Bud.
Ok, here is all the info.
I have the above mentioned seeds verities.
I have an excellent grow area on my balcony out of view from prying eyes from all directions.
This area gets lots of sun and a nice breeze throughout the day. It’s in Bangkok but more towards the outskirts of town so the Bangkok pollution/haze/smog isn't so much of a problem here.
Right now the sun rise is at about 18:00 and the sun sets about 18:20.

I done a 'test run' with some tomato plants from seed in the same grow area as I will be using and all plants now look to be very healthy. The grow area on the balcony is about 8 by 4 feet, and I plan to grow only 1 or 2 plants at a time in this area. Maybe staggered (start the second plant a month or six weeks after the first plant). As I said it’s out of view from prying eyes but ideally I would feel more comfortable if my plants didn’t grow any taller than say 4 and a half feet high.

I plan to germinate, pot the plants and place straight out onto the balcony (in a part out of direct sunlight) until the plants start to develop properly, then re-pot them and move them to my preferred grow area on the balcony. So my initial idea is that all growing will take place outside.

Nutrients should hopefully not be too much of a problem. I have Superstart B-1 then I have a nutrient to use for growth the period and then finally a nutrient used in the flowing period. The growth and flowing nutrients are written in Thai, so I can’t give details on them, however I did speak at length with the proprietor and she explained exactly how to use and when (all be it that she was under the impression that I was gunna use the nutrients for tomato plants)!

These are the details on the label of the SuperStart Vitamin B-1:
Vitamin B-1
Alpha Naphthalene Acetic Acid (A hormone like-substance)
Plus Chelated Iron and phosphate
Just a quick question in regards to the vit-b1. I was planning on using it at about the time when the 2nd bract of leaves develop, do you know if this would be the correct use of this product? It says it’s a root stimulant that reduces transplant shock. So I’m a bit confused on that one. As for the other two nutrients I’m hoping the shopkeeper is right and that they will do a similar job on my weed plants as they would on tomato plants. (Forgive me if this sounds naive).

The soil I plan to use should not be a problem, I have sourced a place where I can get a good mix. I have found an outlet selling a PH testing kit, so will purchase that later this week.

As I’m sure you are aware Puna Bud, things are not so easy to come by here in Thailand, so I would prefer to do all growing outside. I did read one comment here in the forum about perhaps starting the plants inside then take them out to the balcony for the flowing period. I would really what to avoid this method though as finding all the equipment for an indoor setup here might be just too hard.

Anyway I appreciate your comments on Nirvana seeds; shortly after buying them did I do a search and found loads of complaints. Anyway I learnt a lesson there, don’t buy seeds when you’re stoned! Some of the other verities are from Big Buddha Seeds and I’ve read nothing too bad about them so far.

Anyway mate, thanks so much for getting back to me, I know this is a big post but I just wanted to get as much info across as possible.

Hope all you guys can give us some feedback soon.

Cheers People.

One last thing I would like to clarify and I’m sure Puna Bud would agree, Thailand is a nightmare for police and police roadblocks, I get pulled over and searched all the time. Last week I narrowly escaped with an ounce stuffed down my pants. Buying weed here is way too risky and its normally bad quality. If I can just grow 1 or 2 plants for personal use on my balcony, I hope to avoid any more encounters with the authorities and hope to have a decent smoke at the same time.
