Inadequate lighting is giving you those long stretchy stems. If your dirt is good you will not need nutes yet. Perhaps a big if? Looks like your soil may be holding more water than you want and may benefit from more perlite or aeration elements.

What is that think on the middle of left plant? Is that normal on that size of plant?
Take a close up photo of the "thing" you are talking about. That would help, then we can help.

I wouldn't expect much from a windowsill grow, apart from a fun hobby. I grew a windowsill plant when I was 15, turned out to be a male but it was fun to watch develop.

Where are you growing, and how much sunlight are you/they getting? Is there a reason you're growing on a windowsill?

im growing on west side, it has somewhere around 7 hours of sun light a day, but i guess thats not enough :D . i'm thinking to place them outside, so they will have 12 hours of full sun light, but it's rainy and kinda cold at the moment... what should i do about those brown yellow leaves? should i chop them off?

The thing on top is still not very clear. Looks like it could be male flowers though, all bunched up like that. If that's the case, no bud there my friend.

7 hours light isn't really enough to be growing. If you think artificially growers use between 18-24 hours a day for good reason. If a plant starts getting 11 hours of darkness/heavy shade it'll start flowering as soon as it hits maturity.

Your plant will shed those leaves when its done with them. Leave em for now!

Peace

Not sure man. If you got a pyruvate outside space, maybe look into getting a cheap disposable greenhouse? Running about doing this myself, but we're still getting odd patches of snow and ice in my area. It's fucking May! Haha.

Have a google of male cannabis flowers and compare buddy. If it is male, probably best to get rid unless you want seeds and tiny yield from the other plant...
