Depending on where you live, sure.... mine are already in and growing...i'm in the south of course.

if temps get in the low 30s It can kill em.....what part of the US are you in?

You should have no worries if you prepare yourself. If oyu start now your plants will be small throughout freeze dangers. build yourself a small PVC frame that can fit over your grow area and cover with film. When it is going to get low temps, just cover them, they'll be fine.
