Growing plants outdoors as soon as they sprout?

I have 4 seeds that have just finished germination (2 auto flowering and 2 regular feminized). I have them in my room planted in soil and plan to put them outside as soon as they sprout. I know this is not the best idea but i do not have any way of growing them indoors. Have any of you guys or girls tried this? Did they live? and what are some things i should look out for?

Whats considered warm where I'm located right now the temps average around 65 to 70 during the day and 40-45 during the night.

I put all seedlings outside in the morning as soon as the sun is out and temps are above 50F and leave them until dark. If its not getting below 50, i leave them out all night. They can take it unless its some mediteraean sativa and it makes them stronger. A eastern facing window makes a good place for them to spend the night when its to chilly out, that way they get the morning sun while its warming up.

At 40-45 I think you will probably lose them, or if some survive they will be stunted for a long time. Keep them inside, it doesn't have to be a perfect setup. Just a simple light on them in a closet for at least a couple weeks so they are larger and the temps are higher. I am in Washington State and have about the same overnight temps. Won't be putting anything outdoors for about a month.

grew outdoors year round for some time in west tx, I always put the germed seed straight in the soil..
year round meaning winter as well. days in the 40's normally, nights get cold in the desert..had seedlings go through a rare few inches of snow...

also 3 months over 100° is a summer

I've never killed a plant, besides it getting overwatered, I do mainly grow landrace but still, they're pretty tough plants
my 2¢

I mostly grow outside, I end up with half the amount of bud if I transfer them as soon as they germ.
I recommend trying to keep 1 inside for 10 days under 24 hour light.

Thanks for all the great info. Will 3 40watt incandescent light bulbs on them be good for now. I know thats not the proper kind of lights to use but thats the best i can do for now. I have pictures of the lights below ignore the writing i found them online.

It's better than nothing I suppose but the only time I grew with that type of light the plant bent the opposite direction of the light.
To save money I only bring the plant inside at night, 30w CFL at night and sun during the day.

Is there a way to cover them outside in a minnie greenhouse (hole with glass over it)? They should be fine if you can do that. Never had much luck with windows and such. They will grow real tall and lanky in my experience. Same with incandescent lights, they really truly suck!

Thanks for the idea i found this video
and might try to make it with a big 2 liter soda bottle and use that for a little bit but the temperature is still a issue so ill have to keep indoors with the crappy incandescent light setup for now.

If you dig a two foot square by two feet deep and put single sheet of glass over it it will be fine at night due ti absorbed heat in ground, well it should be lol. Stick a thermometer in it and check in morning if its 50 you'll be fine.
