I planted a germinated seed and it sprouted but don't look like a seedling is this even a weed plant

Sure dont look like cannabis to me, but when I enlarge it, it is too blurry to me to make it out... what is it planted in?

Homemade organic soil
I mean it germinated and the tap root came out so I planted it

That's not cannabis. Get seeds online, most sites nowadays are good. But you can look in the reviews section of the forum to get your own opinion.

Grow that plant out though...see what it becomes

Okay thanks for the help idk what happened on this I didn't feel like buying seeds and I had some og kush that had one seed in it so I used it but I'm just gonna buy some myself

I'm just wondering how something like that could happen...and not trying to sound rude, but I would be wondering what I was smoking if I had random seeds in it.

I think gorilla seeds have a profile on here, I think they ship to Europe and USA.
Anywhere you order from should be in plain packaging anyway. They will usually bill you with a name that is normal and doesn't stand out on a bank statement.
I order mine from pickandmixseeds and they just send in a brown paper padded envelope. I have ordered direct from dinafem too and they were the same, plain package, in a nice tin with a tiny plastic container inside so it doesn't rattle. Most genuine seedbanks are safe and have been selling seeds since pre legalisation. So they are used to been clever about it.

Nirvana always gets through in my state, not legal here, too.
