Growing problems... Help Please?

Okay i have tried to grow about 10 times now.

A few at a time, each time.

But.. Every time they get sprouted the two little
Cotyledon

always get chewed off and it stunts there growth.

What should i do to stop that?

EDIT: Atleast i think it stunts the growth i waited 2 weeks and my plant never moved. got taller bigger, nothing...

To be honest, i have no idea. I'll just go check back on them and they'll be like half-way there. if i didn't have that problem they would be fine. -.-

Hey...I assume that since something is chewing on them...they are outside?

How about you start them inside on a sunny windowsill or under a cfl - just until they get their true leaves or a little bigger - then put them outside?

That's what I do - plants are kinda defensless when they are seedlings.
