growing shrooms in can corn

can you grow mushrooms from using can corn as substrate,or pea dryed or canned or beans,split peas? I want to use a substrate that i already have. if possible just lazy do not feel like buying anything extra since i got the syringe already.

As to what's wrong with me.it's better to ask what's right with me it's alot shorter list,otherwise the list will be so long it will crash the servers

Substrates are very cheap man. Just go out and buy some to get a good grow. No point in wasting your spores on something that probably wouldn't work.

lol i dont really know too much about growing shrooms but ive never heard of anyone using corn or peas to grow shrooms
