Growing Speed??? Newbie

Hi, It seems like my Plants have been stuck at 15 inches for weeks now,
Ive tried more water, less water, nutes and no nutes.
Also more light.

They are kinda bushy , but small.

Any Ideas would help, and Thanks

Might be stressed. Are there heat and/or pest issues? Could be from many things. Might just be the plant, some stay pretty small. Switch em to flowering if yo want, they will def grow

Is the pot to small? Mite be root bound? one gallon for every foot i think some people say

Hi and Thanks, I put them in a Gallon container, thats about the best I can do right now as far as space...
Its a indoor grow, space is at a premium.
No heat. no bugs, and lots of cfl light, maybe thats it , i dont know.
