hey can anyone tell me if i can grow 1 plant in my wardrobe with 1 20w eq too 100watt cfl and a LED PANAL?

i have 2 mother plants growing very very slowlly under a 20 watt cfl. the answer to your question is YES. but that plant is gonna grow slowwwww.
