My greenhouse (last years and this years) have wire fence on all 4 walls and a lock on the door. So when you roll the plastic up on the sides there is still a barrier.
Also in the State of Maine, while a patient doesn't have to register with the State, a caregiver does. So they already know the location of my grow. As a caregiver in Maine your also supposed to have a resale tax ID number. We do, and pay the state their cut quarterly.
