Growing White Whidow and New Purple Power

hai,
ive been looking around for a couple of weeds and have been thinking about growing for about a year.
Ive made it my goal to start growing by June '09. I plan to grow in a 12'x12' shed and im trying to grow New Purple Power or White Widow. Ive never grown b4 so any suggestions or input would be great

Ur gonna need alotta light 2 cover a 12'x12' area ....what kinda system are you planning to grow with soil, hydro, aero?

Well im only growing 8 plants veg and 8 plants bud, so how much light should i need. Any cost estimates would be good to.
