growing with home depot led bulbs

i just was browsing home depot the other day and i picked up 3 Philips led bulbs for 20 dollars, each they have 3 Cree led and they output a serious amount of light at only 4.5 watts has anyone growing with the new led bulbs that are coming out essentially you could run around 9 of them in a small room and im sure you would get results

But vero10 &13 are very cheap and with an efficient driver it would be better!

The new cree bulbs at home depot are like $5 for 850 lum ones, I had considered one could by strings made for outdoor lighting and hang many of them in one grow tent.
