depends on the temp,soil,humidity it all depends on the right conditions to get a monster,but to be so giant in a month it would have to be under 24hours of light and even still in the first 2weeks of the plants life its just getting its act together and strenghtening to get stronger for its life ahead.i think theres some missing strings to your brothers story

on an indoor grow.....and to make plant as big as possible...
is it better to have 18 hours of light and 6 hours of dark in vegatative
and swith to 12/12 to flower....
or is it better to have 18/6 the whole time
or is it better to have 12/12 the whole time
or 24 hours of light

18/6 for veg and 12/12 for flowering,stick to that till u figure out whats best for u.ill catch up to u tomarrow and answer more qs,gettin tired
