Okay, I'll have to look that up. Another question would be the best water to use for watering. I tried using sink water I believe where I live the pH level would be way to high.

You wanna keep the pH level at around 5.5 yeah? What is an acceptable ph level

A lot of people use RO water. Issues with tap water can be pH, hardness, chlorine. Don't use water from a softener. Chlorinated water needs to be left open for a day or so to evaporate off the chlorine.

No, not really. Chlorinated water just isn't the boogyman people make it out to be. If you can drink it safely its not going to hurt your plant. Many hydro users actually add bleach to their rez.

Sure, why not? Hydro would probably cost more but Hempy buckets are cheap.

Main issue on chlorine side is destroying beneficial microbes in soil grows.....not soilless (peat-coco-etc. mediums... Just my 2 cts

I used Clorox bleach in my reservoirs when I was doing flood and drain. It's just sodium hypochlorite which is used in many large scale hydroponics operations. Think all those hydro grown hothouse tomato's and lettuce in the grocery store.
