Growroom Help, Strain?

Ok...so I have started creating a little grow room in my closet which will be my first real attempt at growing and i realised that i am in neeed of a little advice. I have just purchased a 400W HPS lamp with reflector. I ordered a 5 gal. DWC hydro setup which should arrive shortly. The dimensions of the closet are roughly 8x10x3 feet. I'm kind of wondering what i should be using for ventilation in the closet. I live in an apartment so i dont know if drilling holes and placing ducts and what not would be a good idea. I have a couple fans set up in the closet but i didnt know if that would be enough. I was also wondering what kind of strain would grow the best under these conditions. Was thinking of ordering some 100% feminised seeds to save my self some time. Thanks in advance for the help. ^^

i'm no expert, but maybe you could crack the door? And have a fan blowing air from your bedroom into the closet? Or even just price out how much a closet door would be to replace it, and go ahead and replace it. Or put the new one on first, store the old one for when you move, and make a venting system in the new door.
