Growtent inside growroom question.

Hello, new here in the forum, so...

I have a 2x2x2 (meters) tent inside a room 4x4x3 aprox.(meters)

IN TENT:
exahsut fan 12,5cm 280 (cubic meters per hour) running 24/7 air out of the tent and OUT OF the room
2 cfl 250w running 16/8 mostly at nightime
8 plants in veg stage
day temp 27 degres C - night temp 24 C aprox.
2 passive intakes on the tent, and 1 inline fan 10'' runing 24/7 bringing fresh air from another room with open window.
2 fans for air circulation
negative air pressure inside tent.


IN ROOM:
I have an AC unit mounted high on the wall, which i plan to run when i start flowering.and i dont remember its characterists now.(sorry)
the room is sealed, not perfectly, but its sealed.
also i plan putting 1 of these inside the tent.

SO my question is.

is this enough to keep temp below 30 C
If I run 2 HPS 600w on 2 adjust a wing reflectors 12/12 ?

OR do i need to get cooltubes which i am realy trying to avoid.
