once they found out that they were not Christmas ornaments ...guess what?????I mean it really is that simple ...misrepresentation...if they were shipped as tobacco pipes or water pipes or maybe vases but those don't hang from a tree and your NOT putting them on your lawn...
But I agree it sux so support and buy American by American Glassblowers awesome unintentional play on words

Not like it really matters, i dont have lead poisoning, and i doubt any was on the pipes. It was just a crack about the lack of quality standards in chinese manufacturing, and how i dont think the news article accurately listed the value. They tend to do that. (i read a news article about a big drug bust some years back, where the news article claimed it was many millions of dollars. I took out a calculator and figured it down to an eighth price with their estimate. About 400 bucks an 8th! i call bullshit) The Lead poisoning from chinese products has been in the news in the past few years. Didnt you read about all those toys that were getting kids sick from just being around them? It must have been about a year ago now.

Wow. Should have listed the correct info on the manifests and they would have probably been okay...though LA has a habit of twisting things around to support their raids and such. Wonder if these were bound for San Fran Wal-Marts?

I like the bong type opening, and it hits great! No carb, but when I want to shotgun the remaining smoke, i just pull the bowl out, and snap, I'm high!!

I actually never thought about it. It was when i had narrowed the pipe field down to 5. My wife got online with me and she was the one that pointed out the design!! I was like :lol: UR Right!! Pipe designers are GAY!!!!
