What did you get and how much were seeds going for? I was going to go but we had a hiking trip already planned so I never went.

You didn't miss all that much. There was a shitload of people there. With everyone pretty much waiting in linne for hits of sub-par at different booths. We had 2 day tix but only went the first day. I somehow got a bad tear duct infection and it felt like I was punched in the eye for like 2 days, lol.

There were so many good companies selling seeds. I got 2 six packs of fem from TCC for $70 each(SFV and GSC). But there was RD, MTG, TGA, and many others. Obviously RD is not that big of a deal and same with the other Co companies that were there, but the out of state ones that you have to order from the UK, it was kind of nice just being able to pay cash no tax and not worry about customs and shit.

I also snagged an InfiniTi nail for like 70 or 80, half what headshops charge. An HE carbcap dabber for dirt cheap, Hive ceramics 2 piece domeless and carb cap dabber, Perfect Temp e-nail, all on the cheap. It's like a wholesale tax-free flea market for stoners, lol.

I actually used to be a huge fan of Rare Dankness until the recent issues with their seeds.

I hardly ever smoke, maybe 5 times a month or so, I just enjoy growing. My GF and my friends smoke most of the shit I grow. I would have been super interested in getting some beans ;[

My last harvest was really good bud but some self seeders ruined shit. Pulled half the plants early and smoked em, luckily they were only a few weeks from being done so were still good smoke but they didn't have that fully finished taste.

The other half was further out so I just let them seed, have a whole bunch of frosty buds full of seeds atm. I germed some of em and am flowering them currently.

The SVF and GSC I mentioned are about a month from done right now. I also kept one of each for moms for next round, doing sog clones in my led closet I think.

Also had a bunch of Tangie seeds, popped all them and same deal, kept a random one for a mom and the others are just starting to flower.

Hey dude... I'm a few weeks out on some TCC GSC. They stretched a bunch cuz I'm noob and are really fucking close to the light so they are getting a lil crispy but should still be good, esp the buds right under the tops, they are at the perfect height, lol.

Anyway, I'm on the hunt for some new clones thanks to a PM problem in my secondary flower closet. Got any of that forum cut to share? Be cool to have a comparison.

I got a GSC foum cut courtesy of HB420. Grew her out a few times and passed her on. No denying her lineage a true durban calyx structure with a serious stretch, frostier than a powdered donut and such depth of color!

Don't get me wrong A+ fire no doubt but still I passed it on to a friend here who has been working on an M9 Hashplant cross for years and is currently crossing the Forum cut to his 8th gen M9 Hashplant...

That seems to be the sign of gsc, small rock-like nugs and purple ass leaves. Well, plus the flavor, which I can easily identify, but don't actually like. (The Forum Cut at-least). I'm super interested in trying the legit cali collective gsc and see how it compares to all the various forum I've tried, as well as my homegrown when it finishes. That's another thing, some dispensary forum cut is purple, some no purp at all, guess it depends on the flush and trim, some places completely remove all sugar leaf so yea.

the ones that aren't purple aren't gsc they are animal cookies just a rip off of the real thing, almost all dispensaries don't have real GSC from what I have seen in CO. Springs and Denver.

Has anyone tried "thin mints" in the springs at "Altitude Organic Medicine"

I believe they have a true cut of it, but that's the first one I think is a real cut out of the 10 or so i've tried. Taste and smells very minty with a hint of thin mint GSC taste. Very nice, tasty smoke anyways..

I have tried it and it is very good but just ask them what it is and they will tell you it's a phantom cookies phenotype.

Question, with all the drama and arguments around the genetics of GSC and Thin Mints I'm curious what the REAL lineage is for Thin Mints...? I'm under the impression that GSC is a cross of Cherry Pie (GDP x Durban Poison) and Master Kush... Some say OG Kush instead of Master, some say both. What is the real deal?
What is the lineage of Thin Mints?
One thing I do know for sure is that Berner DID create GSC.

Man this brings me back. I feel like I've evolved so much since posting this. I still don't like GSC btw, lol.
