GSC & reggs in approx 2' x 4'

Hello all, this is my first grow :) I started this op in mid August with two chronic seeds. just seeds from bags I got... I know, irresponsible/cheap of me, right? x) Pretty sure they are both GSC, smelling very nice closing in on 3 months of veg here. Shown in the first picture, they are currently 10 and 20"

I will now take a moment to describe my current lighting setup, the highlight of which is a 300w Galaxyhydro, as shown in the second and third pictures. My 22w soft white CFL and 15w t8 (which are visible in the second picture) are currently being used as augmentory lights. Before I bought the Galaxyhydro about a week ago all I had was the 22 and 15w CFLs augmented by a few low-wattage LED lamps I borrowed from a friend to try to make the best of a low-wattage situation. The plants looked healthy, but just weren't getting the watts or lumens they needed to veg properly, which is why I'll be looking at my highlighted plant being just under 2' while 3 months into veg. It was a poor start, but they're better off now and there's nowhere to go but up.

The reggie plants are various ages, the large one on the right and the small one far left are my oldest reg plants, about 2 months old. The healthier of the two is in picture 4. The smaller of the two is that way because a light fell on it early on and broke the stem, crippling it's growth until I buried the broken stem, and eventually it grafted roots and is growing and looking healthy again. Honestly at this point I am only keeping it around for the sake of science xP lol.

In the fifth picture there are the reggie seedlings I just put in soil a couple days ago, currently soaking up some cross lighting between my 15w cool white t8 which is only about 2" from each seedling and my LED panel, currently several feet above them.

In the last picture there is this reggie plant that I started outside and allowed it to get a couple weeks of sunlight before I decided it was becoming noticeable and needed to be transplanted indoors. It's about 3 weeks into veg.

If anyone has any recommendations for when I should start the flowering process, at least for the two chronic plants and the most developed reggie plant, probably, feel free to post with suggestions or PM me. Thanks for reading :)
EDIT- Forgot to mention I'm using an 18/6 light/darkness regiment. If anyone has tried 24 hr veg please post with your experience. My neighbor is doing a 24 hr veg for the first time experimentally with some reggie plants. Everything seems to be going fine with it so far.IMG_20151107_122703.jpgIMG_20151107_123208.jpg IMG_20151106_125522.jpg

Update:
Pic 1 is my full garden, veg & flower. Been flowering my 4 largest (two Girl Scout Cookies [the tallest plants on either side of the garden, closeups in pics 3 &4] and two reggie [the third and fourth largest plants in the garden, center, pic 2] for about two weeks now. The vegetative portion of my garden consists of six chronic younglings, strains yet to be determined.IMG_20151209_154218.jpg IMG_20151209_154810.jpg IMG_20151209_154951.jpg IMG_20151209_155007.jpg

Some flowering pics @ just over 2 weeks in, sorry for the low quality, camera on this phone sux.IMG_20151212_164345.jpg IMG_20151212_164424.jpg IMG_20151212_164438.jpg
Here is my veg garden currently. Using a 15w t8 and a standard 19w cfl (says it puts out 1300 lumens... it can only help, right?) right now cuz it's all I have for veg. By the time I start these 6 flowering I plan to have two 90 actual watt single chip Cree COB builds up and running to complement the LED panel I already have, which seems to work great for flowering due to a high percentage of red & orange LEDs, but is only powerful enough to flower 2 or 3 decent sized plants alone. I'm thinking the 150ish LED watts I have plus 180ish COB watts should flower all 6 beautifully when the time comes.IMG_19800105_184543.jpg

3 week 3 day flowering pics with the Galaxyhydro 300 of each gsc plant and the reggie plants first under the LED panel, then under fluorescent light. Veg pics coming soon.IMG_20151220_112420.jpg IMG_20151220_112449.jpg IMG_20151220_112523.jpg IMG_20151220_112719.jpg IMG_20151220_112729.jpg IMG_20151220_112742.jpg

Found seeds today forming along the colas of one of my two Girl Scout Cookies that were flowering, confirming my former suspicions that it is in fact a hermie. Pulled it from my other plants, hopefully in time, I'll be watching the other plants closely for a while. This obviously is sometimes a major setback of using non feminised seeds. Already pulled it from the others. Probably going to have to harvest this one early, about 3.5 weeks into flower at this point :/IMG_20151221_115312.jpg IMG_20151221_115437.jpg IMG_20151221_115405.jpg IMG_20151221_115704.jpg

Both of my chronic plants in flowering turned out to be hermies, decided to harvest them early and do what I can to save the rest of my garden, consisting of a medium sized and a small reggie plant in flower and 6 bagseed chronic plants in veg.IMG_20151221_162213.jpg IMG_20151221_162235.jpg IMG_20151221_165517.jpg IMG_20151221_170340.jpg IMG_20151221_170348.jpg

As luck would have it, I realized just hours after chopping up my hermies that my larger reg plant already had pollen sacks so there's no use: pollen has spread, so I'm now running a pollen factory :/

That said, I'm able to take in hermies now from other growers, such as these two large reggie plants, sibling plants of mine, which is in front in the black planter. The three plants were started simultaneously in the same garden about 4 months ago initially under cfl's, then I upgraded to LED and gave some of the plants (including the two hermie giants pictured) to a friend using 600 HID watts. So they have come back to me, and you can see a serious height difference between the plants grown under 150 LED watts and 600 MH or HPS watts, meaning that his setup currently has about double the lumens I have. In the second picture is my veg garden at about 6 weeks.IMG_20160101_154949.jpg IMG_20160101_155003.jpg
