Guerilla plants are too tall

Yeah I think I'd be better off just letting them go then to bend em cuz the string or tape could attract the eye I think, but what your saying us topping is out of the question at this point?

You can still top her. But I would tie one plant left and another to the right. You don't have to use bright colored string.
Is use a clothes peg, with some weight on it, holding a stem, works ?
I mean the stem isn't crashing the stem, but the stem is inside the clothes peg's hole..

use some fishing line to tie them down. just make a big loop on both ends grab the plants at the highest pt and bend them down as far as you can without breaking the stem.

I found some garden ties at my local dollar store that are plastic zip ties (you can readjust them at ant time as well) They're forest green and have pointy ends that are barbed so they stick in the dirt better. 30 of em for a buck. I spent a few $s and now my KC45 guerrilla patches are running along the ground like creeper vines.
I had to be careful walking out of there because like I said the look like creeper vines now.
It also has the added bonus of making the branches go nuts on them now.
At this point I'm worried more about stepping on them myself than ANYONE finding them. You have to be right up on em and watching the ground to spot them.
The brand is "True Living Outdoors" Garden ties.
Maybe you can find em at your local Dollar General, Walmart or any other place with a garden center.

Just be sure to bring something thin, sharp and hard to EASILY stab your initial hole to stick the garden tie into because they're very pliable. Then just stab it in and tamp the soil around it down.

If that's too tall, you should stick to squash and other sprawling types. maybe even some onions. You've gotta be right off the trail to be worried about that. IMO if your doing a guerrilla, you shouldn't be worried about someone seeing your plants. That's too easy to get to if you can just walk bye and see it. Wait until it starts to smell. then it will be a lot easier to stumble upon.

Also those are small enough to dig up and relocate with little problems if that were the case. A shovel and something to throw the plants in and carry them would solve that issue in 15 minutes.

image.jpg image.jpg Thanks everyone or your input, just gunna let em ride they blend in real good and they've got a good n prickly blackberry bush defending em. I was just paranoid they definitely reek though now.

I also have 5-6 other plots of 1-3 plants each. (As well as a few in my 3 tier closet sized greenhouse) so even worst case Ontario someone snags these(knock on wood) your buddy here will still be medicated I have hella figurative baskets with a figurative egg or two in each.

Still though appreciate everyone's tips and concerns.

It's been hot but don't worry I watered em good at the time these pics we're taken

No monsters this year but I got no pos girlfriend nowadays so weed lasts twice as long

Well enough bout me I'm gunna check out some of your guys plants peace
