How intense is the light your plants are actually seeing?

Actual draw is 730 watts I think and I’ve been running the light at 40%
@ roughly 20 inches away from canopy

I would test it before you water just to be certain and I would let her dry just a little more being so young has its roots still stretching. Letting your soil dry some makes the roots grow outwards.
