guns and mmj

ok so i have thought about trying to get my medical card but i also am a big gun nut. i just got my ccw and i worry about what would happen if i got my mmj card. what would happen if i ever got stoped by police? anyone know or have expierence with this?

They wont process ur app. Itll be denied. So in ur case stick with the ccw. Just be carefull. Had my mmj for 3 yrs now. Andhavnt used it, seems pointless because theres no dispensarys.

I don't know how the conceled weapons permits are connected to the dept of health of NV so that one may not be a big deal but when you go to buy a gun and the question of using schedule 1 drugs on the form comes up you better lie or not buy that gun. They do finger print you the first time and send to the FBI for a background check. I don't know if the FBI would have records of a conceled permit or not? Like Chigga said it's getting stupid to go through the hoops to get a card when you can't buy weed anywhere anyway. I'm on my seventh year and never needed a card for notta and I even stink up my neighborhood every year. haha

If you can't figure out for yourself, to check local, state, and federal laws concerning the legality of possession of guns and weed. You shouldn't be around guns, or heavy equipment for that matter.

Its a Felony Plane and simple just cause you got thru with yours dont mean its the same for everyone else and let them come into your house Belive you will be hauled off to jail i know 5+ other that have had this done with a MMj card and a CCW they eventually come knocking!!!

The only thing "plane and simple" is that you'd get better advice on the strip from drunk tourists than this forum. There is ink drying on major laws RIGHT NOW and you wont find a peep about it on here. I own a gun and have my card, its doable, but IMO less you grow don't even bother with a card, its a waste of money, we'll be legal like CO and WA by 2016 and then this forum can completely die. lol
