guys please help..

I have a 250w cmh in a wardrobe 18"d 36" w 48" tall. I have a growbrite 4" inline supposed to be around 160cfm, the light is in a standard htg wing reflector, about 8" from tops, passive intake is 5 2" holes, ambient temps are 70-73, box temps are 81-83. No matter how high or low i turn my fan, temps wont drop. Do i need more passive intake? And would a air cooled hood drop temps hooked to my fan? Any help is immensly appreciated.

increase the intake to a powered intake ...........and the air cool hood would help

your best bet is the powered intake with a low intake moving in the coldest air in the room into that (coldest air is the closest to the ground)

Thank you. I was really hoping to get an adjust a wing, for the coverage and simplicity, because the air cooled hoods up close dont have much coverage

if u do get a aircooled hood make sure the exhuast point is as far away from the intake point as u can .......this way u get the cool air drawl over the plants ....u might think of a little fan inside too moving the air around
