One way to judge a company is through their feedback…all of GYO’s feedback is 5 star which leads be to believe it’s all fake…if they can’t include 1-4 star replies then they are trying to hide something…in GYO’s case, they have absolutely zero communication…never answer their phone or return calls…takes over a week to respond to emails…sends an email stating the bank hasn’t released funds when the bank says they have…These people act like they are stoned out of their mind and that is no way to run a business…as for the positive feedback on this site, I don’t believe a word of it either…bottom line - shop around…I was very satisfied with my former seed bank until they stopped accepting credit cards…now I will have to go to the bank and purchase a money order…problem is, I wasted so much time with GYO that I’ve lost valuable growing time this season…

Ordered products from them 26 Apr. 2019 ($299.96). It's now 22 July 2019, and no product. Sent support tickets, just back and forth stalling. Came to a point of asking for a refund. No response. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
