What's sock?
You know I've been wondering the same thing. But based on the pic above I'm guessing a cock sock. You know something to keep everyone's dick warm for posting kinda stupid shit (no offense intended) in TnT. Thats just an educated guess tho.

I ran Fox Farms Happy Frog for one grow. Great soil except it ran out of everything at once in week 4? of flower. At that point the grow became de facto soilless ... I fed with complete GH nute and got a good result.
I believe happy frog is a soil conditioner.I mixed it with my outdoor soil (compost, perlite, rock dusts,neem.....)in place of peat.I have friends that have top dressed and used it as a mulch on their vegetables with nice results.price wise it's fairly comparable to bales of peat moss with way more 'extras'.
I didn't ...
your selfie you posted appeared to be from inside a closet.

Happy Frog is weak and works best for seedlings. FFOF has more nutes, but usually burns seedlings until they get used to it.
Unamended FFOF is good for about three weeks. If you want a water-only mix, you've gotta spike with compost (or worm castings), plus a dry fert like Epsoma or Eco scraps.
Personally, I like weak organic soil that can be easily supplemented with nutrient tea.
Organic soil that is too hot is very difficult to adjust.
