Had an accident during repotting of plant

My baby is 1 week old from when it broke surface from the soil. I had to transfer it today to a bigger pot as it looked too big for the one it was in and also there was all this fluffy looking stuff underneath the pot I was worried it might have been mould or something. When I took it out of the small pot everything just fell apart even though the soil was all dry it didn't come out as a whole thing. I had to hold it from the stem (not touching the roots) and quickly put it into the big pot (this is my very first grow, still learning). Before I transferred it the leaves were pointing upwards and looked really happy but now the left side of the plant (circled in the picture) looks slanted downwards. I am so upset that I have hurt my baby but it wasn't intentional, could you please look at the pics and let me know what you think, will it recover or is it possible that I might have damaged the roots or something? How long do I need to wait to know that the plant is ok, will it die within a few hours if I have hurt it?

In general how does the baby look, does it look like its doing well and is healthy apart from what happened with the transfer?

Also is there anything I can do to try and cheer my baby up, is there anything that might help it recover faster?

The little one has been under the lights since 14/07/09, just managed to save it, it turned yellow, was bent down and the stem was transparent, since under the lights it has really perked up and turned green.

I doubt that it was root bound, unless you germed it in a thimble. Good to get it away from the mold though. It broke up because it hasn't established its roots yet. With any plant, I would wait 3-4 weeks before disturbing, but thats me. Looks like it will be fine.

They look fine. After 1 week of growth they probably hadn't outgrown their previous container. They also hadn't developed a complete enough root structure to hold the soil together...hence why it fell apart.

Keep them close to light to prevent stretching, and bury those stretched stems up to the first node with soil in pics 9 and 11 to give the plant more support.

They'll be fine. I'm sure you'll accidentally put them through much worse...I know I did on my first grow.

Don't overwater either. Your soil looks pretty moist (probably because you just transplanted...which is good) but you want to make sure the entire pot dries out and becomes light before watering again. For little plants its anywhere from 3-10 days, depending on container size, soil type, etc.
