Even if they were using a chopper to check you out they wouldnt be 20 feet from your window. I call bullshot.

if they thought you were growing they would raid your house, not send a chopper. Their choppers use FLIR technology and they dont need to be that close to see. They would also need a warrant to use FLIR, so im sure they would just do a raid instead. They would not sent a chopper unless they thought you had hundreds of plants and lots of guns. If you have 2 plants then they probably wouldn't even knock on your door for something that small unless there was someone else trying to get you in trouble.
I'm assuming it's an ultralight copter then, 50 bucks in gas don't keep my acura running for 3 hours!
the propellers were higher than the roof and the rest was flying right by apartment i have no reason to lie about this.

my landlord called it into the police station as a complaint but obviously they wont do anything since they did it/knew about it.

I have police over mine bout 2-3 days a week (kids on motor cross bikes on common) and does not bother be the slightest. You got to think that a 400w light would give of the same heat as a 400w heater if not less. And 400w heater are very common. If they wanted to check you out they would knock on ya door. Do believe you mate just think you were being a lil paranoid.

The Bell 206 has a blade length that's -very- close to 20ft.. if it was 20ft away, it'd rip the blades right off.. that said, if any other buildings are semi-close, wind tunnel effect could very easily ricochet the heli off the side of the building with a gust. I'd bet my life it wasn't 20ft away, but that's not what I was going to comment on. I think you were just being paranoid over the police heli being close - unless you grow your plants in the open/plain view and they were visible from the window. Not many departments will raid for 2 plants, either.. unless they're bored as fuck.

FLIR is not legal to use to see heat signatures through walls (in the US) .. would have to be outside the building, and most with FLIR watch furnace/heat exhaust systems for the typical smoke-type response that may be emitted vs the heat signature. High heat signature with no smoke = something goofy is going on.

yeah, instead of using the door, they sent a helicopter to stake you out, almost hitting a tree and potentially killing a bunch of families... and no one had a camera phone to catch all of this??

just recall your words and you will see you may have over exaggerated some of the info:
helicopter 20 ft from a 2 story window and 400 ft in the air. That would mean that each story of your apartment complex is 200ft high....

FLIR is incapable of seeing through walls, they only looks for exaust
i never said it was 400ft in the air i was simply stating it WAS NOT 400ft in the air haha
still here. maybe they did it to scare me because they knew i was growing but couldn't get the proof they needed? it was obvious i was being watching at Lowes and Home Depot i wont even get into all that because it goes way into great detail and i dont feel like typing that much
late at night i could see a helicopter flying around in circles above the area where my apt is, but im not f*cking over exaggerating when i say it came right up next to my complex and window in broad f*cking daylight. Seriously i was in complete shock staring at it, my heart was racing thinking my door would be kicked in any second once i seen the police cruiser below i ran to my grow cut my babe's down shoved them in a trash bag along with the roots tied it up and threw it in my dryer until i knew it was safe to get it out of my place in the mean time i took everything down.
I was so pissed but scared at the same time.. mostly scared they would kick in my door haha
a few days have passed and there hasn't been a single helicopter around my area since. That's surprising since i live by an air force base.
