I do LST them until they hit the screen, then cut the ties and train them through the screen. As far as FIMing them I do use this tool, typically only on sativas because of their growth rate. I try to let my indicas grow straight up to the net. Especially when doing a multi strain grow. That will help Keep an even canopy. It's also important to know how your strains react to topping/training. In this grow I FIMed my ISS, and my GDP(I knew she liked it despite being indica), and I FIMed my Jilly like 3 times and trained the hell out of her cuz she responds very well to it. Hash plants grew straight up and topped agent orange right after passing the screen to bush out he little shoots that were starting above screen height. But if I were doing all one strain I wouldn't top at all just let them grow straight up stress free. Just to clear that topic

awesome response.....i asked u those questions because ur canopy amazes me....i have one of the same problems as u, with running multi strain grows...its hard to get my canopy even right now, especially when 5 out of my 8 strains, i just got withing the last 2 months...so im still getting to know them, ya know?? but i also lst or fim or top, according to strain..just wanted to pick ur brain to see which u preffered...thanks man....ganja

Everybody is till looking fantastic and drinking up like champs. Jilly Bean is stretching a wee bit more than i anticipated so she is now a little taller than everyone else but only by a few inches, she's also the only lanky looking plant, with slightly more spacing between her nodes. Everyone is capping off now at just about 18-20 inches above the screen so we can keep our canory but still have some decent sized colas.


other than that room is still steady at around 75 day, 65 night
ppm's 900-1000
ph 5.9

Jilly is in pic 057. and you can see how shes a bit lankier and got a little taller than everyone else, and she is in the bottom left corner of the overall canopy pic. Everyone is doing healthy and being low maintenance so not much to report

You are correct, that is smoke from 10,000 people in a peaceful and very public NORML demonstration. I have a good video of it but they don't Post well on here. Hope your 420 was awesome

thats so awesome...i would love to attend something like that...glad u guys had a awesome,peaceful 420...mine was peaceful as well...smoked a bunch with buddies....not in legal state so no open gatherings here...but still had a helluva good time....

So we are officially at the halfway point for most of our girls as 4 out of the 6 have a 60 day flowering time. The 2 hash plants that we have are supposed to finish in 45 days, so that means just about 15 days left til we get to chop 1/3 of the garden. Our GDP so far has the largest buds which are about as thick as a soda can( check pics below) also realized i could stick my ipod lens up to my 60x magnifier, hence the close up pics i tried fiddling with. In the last few days they have all been getting very hungry and i have upped the nutes to 17-1800 ppm.



Sorry about the quality in the pics, i need to get some lighting in the garden so i can capture some detail. HPS makes things to orange and glare, and regular bathroom lights are to dim, oh well for now but hopefully i can improve for you guys so get some real sexy bud porn on here!
