No wonder why the ACA exchange website failed so miserably, government is a bit behind in the technology department.

I think the last time I saw a floppy disk was as a coaster back in 1995.

That's nothing. I heard some agencies are transitioning from punch cards to the more cutting edge magnetic-core memory. Most notably the Department of Education. When I was in Jr. High, we had top of the line Commodore PET.
