I had made a long, well thought-out post on this before but while working and amid going afk I got logged out, draft wasn't saved and when I hit post it all went away telling me to log in! Grrr
So, I start again. Damnit
I may be taking a hair follicle test in anywhere from 8-14 days, could be business days. I have been smoking daily off and on for about eight years now. I have been shaving my head for longer, but the hair on my legs and arms are longer than me cabeza!
Question 1: Does the facility dictate which area hair is removed from, or can I have a preference? (An area I focused more on cleansing...).
Question 2: Is there a specific time frame that one shouldn't be smoking? I know the longer the better, but yeah. Is the approx two weeks enough?
It should be known both my metabolism and whatever the term is for how responsive muscle activity is to exertion are high.
I am truly hoping to get some good feedback and/or product suggestions to pass this hair test. I have copy/pasted some recent benchmarked techniques from HighTimes' blog, but there weren't any common product denominators-just ingredient preferences.
Looking forward to the help, suggestions, and comments any of you are able to provide!
