Hairs are mostly brown, should i harvest?

It's an outdoor grow in ontario. Nights are getting really cold. Some buds have PM but I would like to let go a little longer If I can. Sorry for bad pics in advance

I would spray it down with citric acid for the pm an let it roll 7-10 days.

Do the buds look remotely potent as they are now or do they really need that extra time? And where woud I go about buying citric acid powder? And does citric acid sprayed on the buds affect quality

You cannot judge potency on how buds look.
Yes they do need extra time.
The product suggested comes right up on Google.
