Half bud sites ripening

Hell all I'm growing outdoors in the ground .. she is in week 6 of flower master.kush and it seems like few branches arent ripening as fast or not ripening at all few bud sites on the bottom of plant still have tons of white pistills stills.. is this normal

Yeah, on my outs I always do a staggered harvest. Take all the done tops, then let them go two more weeks, then take the next set, repeat till you get all of it.
