Hanging bar mods

I've found it beneficial to add another hanging bar to my mars hydro 3x3 tent (it ships with 2). I inquired from mars hydro about purchasing additional bars to no avail. However, I did find some plastic hook ends designed to slip onto the ends of 5/8 or 16 mm od tube. I happened to salvage a suitable diameter steel tube from a floor lamp destined for the curb for an acceptable solution. I'm having difficulty sourcing this diameter material for use on other tents and hoping someone can point me toward a solution that doesn't break the bank. Thanks.

Plastic and copper seems would be weaker for supporting hanging loads

Many brands make replacement or extra rods. You can find them on amazon. As stated above you can use just about anything.

20-30 bucks a set. Certainly not breaking the bank and no need to spend time trying to figure it out and build something

Your local hydro store will carry extra bars to fit most sized tents.
