Quick question...
Its taking me a loonngg time to get my crop manicured and put it jars. Everything is still hanging in the drying room at 65 to 70 degrees, 40% humidity.
Is it ok to leave them hanging as is? or should I alter the Temp/Humidity to keep things from getting too dry?
Im glad I have such a big harvest , but man my fingers are killing me from clipping clipping clipping clipping clipping.....
